ٱللَّهُ

لِلنَّاسِ
to mankind

رَّحْمَةٍ
Mercy
فَلَا

مُمْسِكَ
(can) withhold
لَهَا
it
وَمَا
And what
يُمْسِكْ
He withholds
فَلَا
then none
مُرْسِلَ
(can) release
لَهُۥ
it
مِنۢ
thereafter
بَعْدِهِۦ
thereafter
وَهُوَ
And He
ٱلْعَزِيزُ
(is) the All-Mighty
ٱلْحَكِيمُ
the All-Wise
