ٱصْطَفَيْنَا
We have chosen
فَمِنْهُمْ

ظَالِمٌ

مُّقْتَصِدٌ
(is he who is) moderate
وَمِنْهُمْ
and among them
سَابِقٌۢ
(is he who is) foremost
بِٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ
in good deeds
