ٱسْتِكْبَارًا
(Due to) arrogance
فِى

ٱلْأَرْضِ
the land
وَمَكْرَ
and plotting
ٱلسَّيِّئِ
(of) the evil
وَلَا
but not
يَحِيقُ
encompasses
ٱلْمَكْرُ
the plot
ٱلسَّيِّئُ
(of) the evil
إِلَّا
except
بِأَهْلِهِۦ
its own people
فَهَلْ
Then do
يَنظُرُونَ
they wait
إِلَّا
except
سُنَّتَ
(the) way
ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
(of) the former (people)
فَلَن
But never
تَجِدَ
you will find
لِسُنَّتِ
in (the) way
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
تَبْدِيلًا
any change
وَلَن
and never
تَجِدَ
you will find
لِسُنَّتِ
in (the) way
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
تَحْوِيلًا
any alteration
