أَفَمَن
Then is (he) who
زُيِّنَ
is made fair-seeming
لَهُۥ
to him
سُوٓءُ
(the) evil
عَمَلِهِۦ
(of) his deed
فَرَءَاهُ
so that he sees it
حَسَنًا
(as) good
فَإِنَّ
For indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
يُضِلُّ
lets go astray
مَن
whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
وَيَهْدِى
and guides
مَن
whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
فَلَا
So (let) not
تَذْهَبْ
go out
نَفْسُكَ
your soul
عَلَيْهِمْ
for them
حَسَرَٰتٍ
(in) regrets
إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
عَلِيمٌۢ
(is) All-Knower
بِمَا
of what
يَصْنَعُونَ
they do
