And he sets forth

مَثَلًا

وَنَسِىَ
and forgets
خَلْقَهُۥ
his (own) creation
قَالَ
He says
مَن
Who
يُحْىِ
will give life
ٱلْعِظَٰمَ
(to) the bones
وَهِىَ
while they
رَمِيمٌ
(are) decomposed
