إِنَّا

Indeed,We

جَعَلْنَا

[We] have placed

فِىٓ

on

أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ

their necks

أَغْلَٰلًا

iron collars

فَهِىَ

and they

إِلَى

(are up) to

ٱلْأَذْقَانِ

the chins

فَهُم

so they

مُّقْمَحُونَ

(are with) heads raised up
