سَوَّيْتُهُۥ

I have proportioned him

وَنَفَخْتُ

and breathed

فِيهِ

into him

مِن

رُّوحِى

My spirit

فَقَعُوا۟

then fall down

لَهُۥ

to him

سَٰجِدِينَ

prostrating
