يَٰٓإِبْلِيسُ

O Iblis

مَا

What

مَنَعَكَ

prevented you

أَن

that

تَسْجُدَ

you (should) prostrate

لِمَا

to (one) whom

خَلَقْتُ

I created

بِيَدَىَّ

with My Hands

أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ

Are you arrogant

أَمْ

or

كُنتَ

are you

مِنَ

of

ٱلْعَالِينَ

the exalted ones
