وَلَكُمْ

And for you

فِيهَا

مَنَٰفِعُ

(are) benefits

وَلِتَبْلُغُوا۟

and that you may reach

عَلَيْهَا

through them

حَاجَةً

a need

فِى

(that is) in

صُدُورِكُمْ

your breasts

وَعَلَيْهَا

and upon them

وَعَلَى

and upon

ٱلْفُلْكِ

the ships

تُحْمَلُونَ

you are carried
