لَهُۥ

مَقَالِيدُ

(the) keys

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ

(of) the heavens

وَٱلْأَرْضِ

and the earth

يَبْسُطُ

He extends

ٱلرِّزْقَ

the provision

لِمَن

for whom

يَشَآءُ

He wills

وَيَقْدِرُ

and restricts

إِنَّهُۥ

Indeed,He

بِكُلِّ

of every

شَىْءٍ

thing

عَلِيمٌ

(is) All-Knower
