ٱللَّهُ
Allah
لَطِيفٌۢ
(is) Subtle
بِعِبَادِهِۦ
with His slaves
يَرْزُقُ
He gives provision
مَن
(to) whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
وَهُوَ
And He
ٱلْقَوِىُّ
(is) the All-Strong
ٱلْعَزِيزُ
the All-Mighty
