وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

ٱسْتَجَابُوا۟

respond

لِرَبِّهِمْ

to their Lord

وَأَقَامُوا۟

and establish

ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ

prayer

وَأَمْرُهُمْ

and their affairs

شُورَىٰ

(are conducted by) consultation

بَيْنَهُمْ

among them

وَمِمَّا

and from what

رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ

We have provided them

يُنفِقُونَ

they spend
