وَٱلَّذِى
And the One Who
نَزَّلَ
sends down
مِنَ
from
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
the sky
مَآءًۢ
water
بِقَدَرٍ
in (due) measure
فَأَنشَرْنَا
then We revive
بِهِۦ
with it
بَلْدَةً
a land
مَّيْتًا
dead
كَذَٰلِكَ
thus
تُخْرَجُونَ
you will be brought forth
