فَٱسْتَخَفَّ

So he bluffed

قَوْمَهُۥ

his people

فَأَطَاعُوهُ

and they obeyed him

إِنَّهُمْ

Indeed,they

كَانُوا۟

were

قَوْمًا

a people

فَٰسِقِينَ

defiantly disobedient
