وَهُوَ

And He

ٱلَّذِى

(is) the One Who

فِى

(is) in

ٱلسَّمَآءِ

the heaven

إِلَٰهٌ

God

وَفِى

and in

ٱلْأَرْضِ

the earth

إِلَٰهٌ

God

وَهُوَ

And He

ٱلْحَكِيمُ

(is) the All-Wise

ٱلْعَلِيمُ

the All-Knower
