وَلَئِن

And if

سَأَلْتَهُم

you ask them

مَّنْ

who

خَلَقَهُمْ

created them

لَيَقُولُنَّ

they will certainly say

ٱللَّهُ

Allah

فَأَنَّىٰ

Then how

يُؤْفَكُونَ

are they deluded
