أَفَلَا

Then do not

يَتَدَبَّرُونَ

they ponder

ٱلْقُرْءَانَ

(over) the Quran

أَمْ

or

عَلَىٰ

upon

قُلُوبٍ

(their) hearts

أَقْفَالُهَآ

(are) locks
