فَكَيْفَ

Then how

إِذَا

when

تَوَفَّتْهُمُ

take them in death

ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ

the Angels

يَضْرِبُونَ

striking

وُجُوهَهُمْ

their faces

وَأَدْبَٰرَهُمْ

and their backs
