وَلَقَدْ

And certainly

خَلَقْنَا

We created

ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ

man

وَنَعْلَمُ

and We know

مَا

what

تُوَسْوِسُ

whispers

بِهِۦ

to him

نَفْسُهُۥ

his soul

وَنَحْنُ

and We

أَقْرَبُ

(are) nearer

إِلَيْهِ

to him

مِنْ

than

حَبْلِ

(his) jugular vein

ٱلْوَرِيدِ

(his) jugular vein
