سُلْطَٰنٍ

يَتَّبِعُونَ
they follow
إِلَّا
except
ٱلظَّنَّ
assumption
وَمَا
and what
تَهْوَى
desire
ٱلْأَنفُسُ
the (ir) souls
وَلَقَدْ
And certainly
جَآءَهُم
has come to them
مِّن
from
رَّبِّهِمُ
their Lord
ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ
the guidance
