Will be known

ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ

the criminals

بِسِيمَٰهُمْ

by their marks

فَيُؤْخَذُ

and will be seized

بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى

by the forelocks

وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ

and the feet
