ذَٰلِكَ

That

بِأَنَّهُمْ

(is) because [they]

شَآقُّوا۟

they opposed

ٱللَّهَ

Allah

وَرَسُولَهُۥ

and His Messenger

وَمَن

And whoever

يُشَآقِّ

opposes

ٱللَّهَ

Allah

فَإِنَّ

then indeed

ٱللَّهَ

Allah

شَدِيدُ

(is) severe

ٱلْعِقَابِ

(in) penalty
