صَٰٓفَّٰتٍ

وَيَقْبِضْنَ
and folding
مَا
Not
يُمْسِكُهُنَّ
holds them
إِلَّا
except
ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
the Most Gracious
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed,He
بِكُلِّ
(is) of every
شَىْءٍۭ
thing
بَصِيرٌ
All-Seer
