But nay
أُقْسِمُ
I swear
بِرَبِّ
by (the) Lord
ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ
(of) the risings
وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ
and the settings
إِنَّا
that We
لَقَٰدِرُونَ
(are) surely Able
