لِّيَعْلَمَ
That He may make evident
أَن

قَدْ
indeed
أَبْلَغُوا۟
they have conveyed
رِسَٰلَٰتِ
(the) Messages
رَبِّهِمْ
(of) their Lord
وَأَحَاطَ
and He has encompassed
بِمَا
what
لَدَيْهِمْ
(is) with them
وَأَحْصَىٰ
and He takes account
كُلَّ
(of) all
شَىْءٍ
things
عَدَدًۢا
(in) number
