He
ٱلَّذِىٓ
(is) the One Who
أَرْسَلَ
(has) sent
رَسُولَهُۥ
His Messenger
بِٱلْهُدَىٰ
with guidance
وَدِينِ
and (the) religion
ٱلْحَقِّ
the true
لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ
that He (may) make it prevail
عَلَى
over
ٱلدِّينِ
the religions
كُلِّهِۦ
all
وَكَفَىٰ
And sufficient is
بِٱللَّهِ
Allah
شَهِيدًا
(as) a Witness
(28)
