يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
O you

فَاسِقٌۢ
a wicked person
بِنَبَإٍ
with information
فَتَبَيَّنُوٓا۟
investigate
أَن
lest
تُصِيبُوا۟
you harm
قَوْمًۢا
a people
بِجَهَٰلَةٍ
in ignorance
فَتُصْبِحُوا۟
then you become
عَلَىٰ
over
مَا
what
فَعَلْتُمْ
you have done
نَٰدِمِينَ
regretful
