ٱلَّذِينَ
Those who
يَبْخَلُونَ
are stingy
وَيَأْمُرُونَ
and enjoin
ٱلنَّاسَ
(on) the people
بِٱلْبُخْلِ
stinginess
وَمَن
And whoever
يَتَوَلَّ
turns away
فَإِنَّ
then indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
هُوَ
He
ٱلْغَنِىُّ
(is) Free of need
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
the Praiseworthy
