ذَٰلِكَ

That

بِأَنَّهُمْ

(is) because

ءَامَنُوا۟

they believed

ثُمَّ

كَفَرُوا۟

they disbelieved

فَطُبِعَ

so were sealed

عَلَىٰ

[upon]

قُلُوبِهِمْ

their hearts

فَهُمْ

so they

لَا

يَفْقَهُونَ
