وَإِذَا

And when

قِيلَ

it is said

لَهُمْ

to them

تَعَالَوْا۟

Come

يَسْتَغْفِرْ

will ask forgiveness

لَكُمْ

for you

رَسُولُ

(the) Messenger

ٱللَّهِ

(of) Allah

لَوَّوْا۟

They turn aside

رُءُوسَهُمْ

their heads

وَرَأَيْتَهُمْ

and you see them

يَصُدُّونَ

turning away

وَهُم

while they

مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ

(are) arrogant
