هُمُ
They
ٱلَّذِينَ
(are) those who
يَقُولُونَ
say
لَا
(Do) not
تُنفِقُوا۟
spend
عَلَىٰ
on
مَنْ
(those) who
عِندَ
(are) with
رَسُولِ
(the) Messenger
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
حَتَّىٰ
until
يَنفَضُّوا۟
they disband
وَلِلَّهِ
And for Allah
خَزَآئِنُ
(are the) treasures
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
(of) the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ
and the earth
وَلَٰكِنَّ
but
ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ
the hypocrites
لَا
(do) not
يَفْقَهُونَ
understand
