قَدْ

Indeed

فَرَضَ

has ordained

ٱللَّهُ

Allah

لَكُمْ

for you

تَحِلَّةَ

(the) dissolution

أَيْمَٰنِكُمْ

(of) your oaths

وَٱللَّهُ

And Allah

مَوْلَىٰكُمْ

(is) your Protector

وَهُوَ

and He

ٱلْعَلِيمُ

(is) the All-Knower

ٱلْحَكِيمُ

the All-Wise
