هُوَ

He

ٱلَّذِىٓ

(is) the One Who

أَنشَأَكُمْ

produced you

وَجَعَلَ

and made

لَكُمُ

for you

ٱلسَّمْعَ

the hearing

وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ

and the vision

وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَ

and the feelings

قَلِيلًا

Little

مَّا

(is) what

تَشْكُرُونَ

you give thanks
