وَأَمَّا

But as for

مَنْ

(him) who

أُوتِىَ

is given

كِتَٰبَهُۥ

his record

بِشِمَالِهِۦ

in his left hand

فَيَقُولُ

will say

يَٰلَيْتَنِى

O! I wish

لَمْ

not

أُوتَ

I had been given

كِتَٰبِيَهْ

my record
