إِنَّآ

Indeed, We

أَعْتَدْنَا

[We] have prepared

لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ

for the disbelievers

سَلَٰسِلَا۟

chains

وَأَغْلَٰلًا

and shackles

وَسَعِيرًا

and a Blazing Fire
