وقوله : ( إنه ليس له سلطان على الذين آمنوا وعلى ربهم يتوكلون ) قال الثوري : ليس له عليهم سلطان أن يوقعهم في ذنب لا يتوبون منه .
وقال آخرون : معناه لا حجة له عليهم . وقال آخرون : كقوله : ( إلا عبادك منهم المخلصين ) .
