وقوله ( قُلْنَا لا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الأَعْلَى ) يقول تعالى ذكره: قلنا لموسى إذ أوجس في نفسه خيفة ( لا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الأَعْلَى ) على هؤلاء السحرة، وعلى فرعون وجنده، والقاهر لهم .
