وقوله : ( حتى إذا فتحنا عليهم بابا ذا عذاب شديد إذا هم فيه مبلسون ) أي : حتى إذا جاءهم أمر الله وجاءتهم الساعة بغتة وأخذهم من عقاب الله ما لم يكونوا يحتسبون ، فعند ذلك أبلسوا من كل خير ، وأيسوا من كل راحة ، وانقطعت آمالهم ورجاؤهم .
