"فلما تراءى الجمعان" أي رأى كل من الفريقين صاحبه فعند ذلك "قال أصحاب موسى إنا لمدركون" وذلك أنهم انتهى بهم السير إلى سيف البحر وهو بحر القلزم فصار أمامهم البحر وقد أدركهم فرعون بجنوده.
