ثم قال : ( هو الذي يحيي ويميت ) أي : هو المتفرد بذلك ، لا يقدر على ذلك أحد سواه ، ( فإذا قضى أمرا فإنما يقول له كن فيكون ) أي : لا يخالف ولا يمانع ، بل ما شاء كان [ لا محالة ] .
