( هذا ما توعدون لكل أواب ) أي : رجاع تائب مقلع ، ( حفيظ ) أي : يحفظ العهد فلا ينقضه و [ لا ] ينكثه .
وقال عبيد بن عمير : الأواب : الحفيظ الذي لا يجلس مجلسا [ فيقوم ] حتى يستغفر الله عز وجل .
