قال الله تعالى : ( أتواصوا به ) أي : أوصى بعضهم بعضا بهذه المقالة ؟ " ( بل هم قوم طاغون ) أي : لكن هم قوم طغاة ، تشابهت قلوبهم ، فقال متأخرهم كما قال متقدمهم .
