وقوله: ( فَمَنْ شَاءَ ذَكَرَهُ ) يقول تعالى ذكره: فمن شاء من عباد الله الذين ذكرهم الله بهذا القرآن ذكره، فاتعظ فاستعمل ما فيه من أمر الله ونهيه.
