﴿ويكلم الناس في المهد﴾: الواو عاطفة، ويكلم فعل مضارع، والفاعل: هو، والجملة معطوفة على ﴿وجيهًا﴾ فهي حال أيضًا، والناس مفعول به، وفي المهد جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف حال من فاعل ﴿يكلم﴾.
﴿وكهلا ومن الصالحين﴾: عطف على قوله: ﴿في المهد﴾، ومن الصالحين عطف على ﴿وجيهًا﴾.
