﴿قال الملأ﴾: كلام مستأنف لا محل له من الإعراب، وقال الملأ فعل وفاعل.
﴿من قوم﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف حال.
﴿فرعون﴾: مضاف إليه.
﴿إن هذا لساحر عليم﴾: إن حرف ناسخ، وهذا اسمها، واللام المزحلقة، وساحر خبر، وعليم صفة، والجملة في محل نصب مقول القول.
