﴿قال لمن حوله ألا تستمعون﴾: ﴿قال﴾ فعل ماض، والفاعل مستتر تقديره: هو، و﴿لمن﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿قال﴾، وحوله: ظرف متعلق بمحذوف صلة الموصول، وجملة الصلة لا محل لها من الإعراب. والهمزة للاستفهام، ولا نافية، وتستمعون فعل مضارع وفاعله.
