﴿وإذا مرضت فهو يشفين﴾: الواو عاطفة، وإذا ظرف لما يستقبل من الزمان متضمن معنى الشرط متعلق بـ﴿يشفين﴾، مرضت فعل وفاعل. والفاء رابطة لجواب الشرط، و﴿هو﴾ مبتدأ، وجملة يشفين خبره، وحذفت الياء لمراعاة الفواصل.
