﴿تنزيل العزيز الرحيم﴾: تنزيلَ: مفعول مطلق لفعل محذوف، أي: نزّل الله ذلك تنزيل العزيز الرحيم، أو منصوب على المدح بفعل محذوف تقديره أعني أو أمدح، والعزيز: مضاف إليه، والرحيم: نعت مجرور.
