﴿أولئك الذين لعنهم الله﴾: أولئك مبتدأ، والذين خبره، وجملة ﴿لعنهم الله﴾ صلة الموصول لا محل لها من الإعراب.
﴿فأصمهم وأعمى أبصارهم﴾: الفاء عاطفة، وأصمهم فعل وفاعل مستتر ومفعول به، وأعمى أبصارهم عطف على فأصمهم.
