﴿وفي أموالهم حق للسائل والمحروم﴾: الواو حرف عطف، وفي أموالهم: جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف خبر مقدم، وحق مبتدأ مؤخر، وللسائل: جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف صفة، والمحروم عطف على السائل، والجملة معطوفة على خبر كان، فهي خبر ثالث.
